Marianela is a serial entrepreneur who founds companies to sell them. She has founded eleven companies and has had formal exits, including a CKD listing on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV). She creates businesses to scale with an initial exit strategy and starts the cycle again, driving new business universes.

Marianela is an experienced independent Board Member. For 15 years she has participated in companies from diverse sectors such as manufacturing, finance, Family Office, food, pharmaceutical, energy and retail, contributing vision of Digital Transformation and ESG strategy. She is a member of WCD (Women Corporate Directors), the most powerful global community of women leaders on Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards, as well as of Chapter Zero México, a European climate governance initiative for Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards, in its México chapter.
